Happy with purchase

I received this product even sooner than expected and in better shape than I thought.

A real estate principle book

I thought the book was worth the trouble in writing it. For the majority part the book was to the point. This is Not a literacy book written by a scholar/ novelist. Rather it helps you to pass one of the most challenging exams selling real estate. It provides samples for the exam after each chapter and show you a copy of each contract. The book could be written better giving applicable definitions as required by Cal. Real Estate Board. This book alone will not make one to pass the state board exam where ~70% will not make the score. Rather it is an important reference book to help one relating to theories. All in all, it is a very useful book needed.

this book was very beneficial to me out of all of the real estate books that I have read, this one was the most up to date, and was very easy to understand and comprehend.
