Divorce Lawyer's Best Choice to Save Your Sanity and Your Wallet

As a practicing divorce lawyer for over 15 years, I've read many books claiming to offer terrific advice to divorcing people, as well as 'explaining' the law. Most of these books do more harm than good. This book is written by a California judge and offers an accurate treatment on California law, as well as helpful information for people on screening attorneys and in making wise divorce decisions. Divorce law and procedure is dictated by state law, so this book is applicable only to California divorce litigants. Additionally, our local counties and individual judges have differing rules and preferences, so those nuances should also be kept in mind.

A must read for any party to a CA. dissolution.

Read it before you marry- during and most importantly if you contemplate divorce. Comprehensivly written for lay persons from a Judicial perspective. Obtain the most current edition for continuing legislative changes. This is the most valuable book I've seen on the subject.
