This modern thriller switches between Chicago, Key West, Florida and an English country home. The plot keeps you guessing until the very end, watch for the twist tale. "A modern day mystery thriller with a cunningly devious ending."
I liked William Foster's "Buxton Chase." It's an exciting solution of two murders, solved by the main characters, Martin LaBurdge and Sara Jenkins, at much peril to themselves, as they close in on the killers. The plot is interesting, fast moving, and has many surprising twists and turns. Foster displays his knowledge of negotiating business deals as he first closes a nice deal for himself, then a nice deal for Sara, and, finally, a very nice deal for both of them. Everything ties together, the business deals, the solving of the murders, the interesting locale in rural England, the people Sara and Martin encounter, and the surprising ending. You will like this book. I did.
England, I dream of you

This book took me on the trip of my dreams. I seem to always love any book written with England as a backdrop. This book is an excellent mystery, but also a very nice traveling book. The perfect length for sitting by the ocean and having a good read. I felt his characters were wonderfully drawn, I found myself wondering if the author knew these people. Well, perhaps we all know these people, because I certainly felt they were friends by the time the book ended.
