Great ideas for toddlers

I'm a full-time mom always on the lookout for quick and easy ideas for kids, and this book was a great find. All of the activities required three or four items, most of which I already had around the house. There is a chapter devoted to painting, a chapter with great recipes for homemade playdough and finger paint, and a "grab bag" chapter with cute ideas like bubble painting and stained glass crayons. There is also a section devoted to each season, i.e., summer, spring, etc. All of the activities are quick and don't require a lot of adult preparation. I applaud the author of this book (also a full-time Mom) for sharing her ideas. The only reason I didn't give the book five stars is because the pictures are all black and white. Color pictures would have made the examples stand out more. I highly recommend this book to moms, babysitters and anyone else looking for some fun projects for toddlers.
