Excellent Resource - Clear and eay to understand language.

I found this book to be an excellent resource. It includes a glossary of legal terms, various appendices detailing various statutes mentioned in the text, and separate case, name, and general indices.This is definitely a book I am going to hold on to. I found the organization of the material both logical and easy to follow.
