For Intercultural Marriages

I have to admit that I haven't read this book. I bought it as a gift for my mom, who lost her copy of it a few years ago. But, she highly recommends it as one who was in an intercultural marriage, has since divorced, and remarried into another intercultural relationship. I write this review based on her account that this book is a must-have for anyone considering an intercultural marriage, or as a counselling tool for those already in one. It asks you questions about your own culture, that of your partner, and generally asks questions about things you may not have thought of before. Marriage is always hard work, and much harder when you're coming from two different backgrounds. It's too bad this book is out of print, but if you can find a used copy, it will be worth it!
