Buddhism in the Tibetan Tradition

Very concise and to the point. The chapters are quite short, the presentation very simple. The language is very clear, no jargon at all, and it is easy to read and re-read. A useful and practical introduction to Buddhist meditation, with an emphasis on problem solving rather than masses of words.
