Budapest, a cultural history

It is a brilliant guide to the sights and culture of the city on the Danube where I spent about half of my first 20 years. Dent introduces his readers to the complex history of the city with emphasis on the cast of its most important artists and cultural figures who created the atmosphere of Budapest.
