Wonderful

I enjoyed their Beer Lover's Guide to the USA, and found this cookbook after meeting Stan at a local event. Several of the brewpubs are no longer in existence, but recipes are timeless. I enjoy cooking with beer and have found the recipes and beer info in this book to be quite helpful. Stan and Daria match up the foods with the beers to enhance the experience for the uninitiated. A definite must-have for those who enjoy food and beer and like to cook or can get someone to do it for them. Don't pass this one by!
