Until Brett Jackson moved in next door ... and disturbed the quiet life she had built to protect her heart. I liked this book! Unlike the previous reviewer, I didn't find any of it confusing. This is not a very sexy book, and the love scenes are quiet and not earth shaking, but still enjoyable. I'd recommend if you like a more traditional-style romance book with heroines that are vulnerable and uncertain. If you're looking for a book about a strong self-sufficient woman who is happily single, then this is not the book for you!
