Finally, a book that gives voice to women in Youth Ministry!

As a female youth minister, I was thrilled to find a book that encouraged me in my calling! The world of Youth Ministry has traditionally been dominated by male ministers. The women who are interviewd in this book talk frankly about their joys and struggles of serving in the church. Though male and female Youth Ministers face many of the same challenges with their students, they don't always approach things the same way. It was very encouraging and refreshing to read about ministers who are just like me!
