This board book with tabbed upper edges features full-color photos of animals superimposed on backgrounds appropriate for grouping animals by where they live, i.e., farm, rainforest, woods, etc. in seven environments. By observing the photos, children are prompted to figure out answers to questions, such as "which animals swim", "which have long ears", etc. The book invites the participation of the child.
