This is a good book to test your memory on brain games, puzzles, cognitive psycholgy and, your memory.

Nice diet & exercise plan

The Brainpower Game Plan has many, many great menu suggestions, brain games and exercise routines that will keep you from being bored. I've already lost a few pounds and I don't have the unhealthy cravings I used to have.

Ageless

I've shared this book with three generations, and each felt it spoke directly to them and their stage of "memory fog." In this era of digital overload, who doesn't feel their memory is overtaxed? For me, this book was a godsend. It's helped to redirect my nervousness about forgetting passwords, phone numbers, names, and where my car is parked -- into practical exercises and strategies. Accessible, easy to use and downright fun, I love this book. The recipes alone made me feel better. I guess there's hope for mid-lifers like me!

She is a legitimate and recognized expert in the psychology of aging and dementia, and has worked for many years to counsel and train elderly persons with memory and other problems. The book has many useful exercises that the average reader can employ at home. I highly recommend this book.
