There are several things I like about the book: 1. The Table of Contents is very helpful 2. Individual suggestions have titles that jump out to get one's attention. 3. The size print is good, not too small. That's appreciated these days! 4. I have had success with the suggestions that I've tried. 5. At some point, this book could save a trip to a doctor, I'm sure. 6. I feel the suggestions are reliable. That's important.
