It's all true!

According to this book, Delaware County, which consists of a mishmosh of suburbs of various socioeconomic status, was teeming with bikers in the 70's, and do you know what? It's true! I grew up in Sharon Hill, and bikers defiantly blazed through my neighborhood quite often. I think it was because the apartment building across the street from my house was a commune for them. Next to rabid dogs and groundings from our parents, the bikers were the most terrifying element of my and my friends' lives. Though we were too young to fully understand the frighteningly reality of these people, we knew enough to know that they were a scary lot.The garage/shed in which that woman was hung still exists on Chester Pike at last check.

tony "mudbone" merkle is my dad

i relate to this book b/c i no what went on in this book b/c of my dad and the stories i herd from my dads friends in the warlocks and my mom. and ive been to these places and still live around these places still. also rick martinson is my sisters god father. rick martinson is currently in prison. most of the things in this book are true but not all. and barry spelled my dads name rong. its spelled merkel. i highley recomend this book to anyone and everyone especially bikers. this is a good book on true biker crimes and what goes on.

Excellent book

I'm not much of a reader, but a huge bike fanatic (my bike's my best friend), but I started reading this book and found it quite interesting. Seeing as I know where all these places are, that made it seem even more of a reason to continue. Excellent book, would like to read more of the Motorcycle gangs, and their trouble.

I WAS THERE!

I grew up in this book.. Bobby Nauss was a neighbor in DELCO, and I remember it all. Thank God I was not one of the chosen ones! If any one knows where I can get another copy, e-mail me. conners@tmenviro-fl.com
