Melicent Unger is excited for Halloween, all the goodies to eat, decorations and surprises. Until the owner of Girls-n-Grits is found dead, money and gold bars are missing, and he has an upset ex-wife that is proving to be unhinged. Who killed Mr. Walton? The police find evidence hid in Melicent's small rental house, back to the Clark County Detention Center for her. Her friends once again have to dig up evidence to clear Melicent and find the real killers.

Along the way there are guest performers at the club including a troupe of midgets known as the Lucious Little People, Tammy Tits with the largest breasts anyone as seen, pole dancer that has been poisoned and more.
