Literary challenges for enthusiastic readers.

This book is for readers who enjoy literary trivia. The format begins with fairly easy (for book lovers) to the very difficult. A sample: The sister of two eminent men of letters, this diarist was unhealthy most of her short life and railed against her fate and woman's lot, describing herself as "an appendage to five cushions and three shawls" and writing, "It is an immense loss to have all robust and sustaining expletives refined away from one!" Who was she? The answer can found on the following page in this book. Even if you don't know the answers, this book is mesmerizing and addictive!
