Very helpful

I am a psychotherapist and have studied many systems of type for doing relationship counseling. This is the best and most useful system that I have found. I use it to help clients understand the characteristics of their type, the features of significant people in their lives, and help them understand how type effects these relationships. The book is very clearly written and the author has a good sense of humor. Highly recommended.

About time people realized

I read the first edition of this book and found it to be not only extraordinarily interesting but right on. There really are body types and this book makes it clear that you, your spouse, your friends and everyone is some combination of these types. It's about time science opened its eyes and stopped looking at its machines for a moment. Simply gather a hundred people together and sort them by physical attributes and you'll have an undeniable demonstration of what Joel Friedlander is talking about.
