an excellent book of the major blues players of the 20th century. some you really never heard of, unless you are already an expert. a very well put together book

A must read for Blues Lovers

To truely enjoy the blues one must listen to it live, unfortunately, many of the legends of the blues have long since gone. This photo documentary helps the blues enthusiast to put faces to names and also provide an accurate history of this timeless form of music. This book depicts hard times and times of joy and celebration. The collection of photos is quite extensive and for those of us who enjoy viewing old black and whites, this book is a must have.
