Two minds, Two hearts, Two people, Two sides, but ONE difference.....Good Vs. Evil

I was ready to read this book the moment I saw it while I was searching for a good summer read. Alas, this book stuck out on the shelf, and, drawn to it's catchy artwork, depicting a man, smeared in blood, I figured this might very well be a good book to delve into after James Herberts' "The Dark". I was, as most of the time, pleased with my judge of character in books. The story of "Blood Dreams" is a well weaved concept about two males, one, an uncaught killer, who loves the sport of the killing. His name is Hubert, and he can feel the pain, fear, and death as his victims take their last breath. The other, is a young boy named Larry, who dreams about death before it happens. He has no way of remembering his dreams in the sunlight, but in the dark of night, he screams in his sleep as he is taunted by faces, and words. Now, Larry is in the same town as Hubert...and he's seen what Hubert see's, feels what Hubert feel's, for he is a force too big to avoid. Once Hubert see's Larry, a battle of good and evil will ensue. Mystery author Bill Cridder is the writer of this creepy thriller that combinds both psychological terror, and supernatural happenings. A real page turner from beginning to end, we are taken into a world where your wildest nightmares will come true. The book does, however, suffer simplistic storytelling, so some depth may not come as suspected.
