Laugh out loud funny

I didn't think that Franken could top his last one, but he did. The Campaign Diary had me rolling, and the Bob Woodward "book" was also hilarious. One of the best political satires I have ever read.

Amazingly funny!

This was one of the funniest books I have ever read. In it comidian Al Franken wins the democratic nomination and becomes US President running only on one issue, ATM fee's. The book start's off with Franken's autobiography, "Daring to lead". That is followed by Franken's diary of his campaign. I thought that the diaries start off fairly boring but slowly get more interesting and funny as they progress. The many attack...

Al Franken does it again!

Once again, the brilliance that is Al Franken has created a book even more hilarious and entertaining than his last. This time, Franken gives us a fictional, yet totally politically savy account of the "Franken presidency." I highly reccomend this book.

Extremely funny, irreverant and somehow sadly true

In reply to the first review of this book. Question: Did you read this book? It does not denigrate "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome", the book does not claim the President Al Franken's problems were caused by CFS. That was a proposed "excuse" spun by the alleged president's handlers to cover up his clinical depression exacerbated by his manic debauchery.
