Absoloutely Excellent!

This was the greatest book! I loved the story, which is one of the best ones I've ever heard, and it's true! I can't believe the story of Mike, and hope to get my hands on the other books about him. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!

Blizzard by L R Lehmann

This book is a must for anyone who faces difficulties, and as human beings we all do so go buy the book. It's inspirational without preaching. It's the story of a humble man who was never ordinary. I couldn't put it down and am buying seven for gifts. The content of the book is excellent. The way the book is written even the most reluctant reader will stay with it until the very end.

Blizzard

This is a book about adversity at a young age, but the determination to survive and to be a successful American became Michael Dowling's motto. I shared my copy of this book with my minister, so that he can include this man's message with our congregation. I have learned a great deal from this inspirational book. Minor afflictions are mere set-backs and I am more determined than ever to keep moving with aches and pains. Ardis J. Pierce

"A very interesting and moving book"

This book was the best I ever read in my life. After reading several other books I think that this was the best. It shows how a boy survives through a blizzard and looses some of his vital limbs. In the end he is a very sucssesful person!

Moving true story of someone who overcame great challenges

This is an interesting story of a man who overcame great challenges in his life, including self-pity and poverty. It was easy reading and worth the time.
