Blind-Date Marriage by Fiona Harper Silhouette Romance # 1843 - December, 2006 Serendipity Dove wants a family of her own, but her relationships are always disastrous. Jake doesn't know how his baby sister suckered him into a blind date, only that in a moment of utter stupidity she had. To his delight he's stopped from entering the restaurant by a vision, who'd just soaked him while driving through a puddle. He's further surprised when he discovers that the enchanting woman is his blind date. Serena thinks Jake is the perfect Mr. Right and gets taken up in his whirlwind courtship. Jake's not sure why he's courting Serena; he rarely gets so romantic but there's something about her that makes him want to treat her special. And as the courtship progresses, Serena learns a sharp lesson that just because a man has all the checkmarks beside the qualities she's looking for, doesn't mean he's the marrying kind. Jake has no intension of ever getting married or of having a family of his own. So why can't they seem to stay away from each other? Jake is a very confused Hero. He's delectable but wholly confused. And through their pain, they start to see how they got there and what they have to do to move on. This was a wonderful love story. I'm glad that Jake and Serena got their HEA. :D
