It's a lazy summer day in Coeur d'Alene when Steve and Sarah Miller get a visit from one of the most powerful ancients in Lentari. Something is dreadfully wrong and only they can solve it. But what the problem is, Eion cannot explain. They must go, and soon They arrive to find nothing the same as they left it, a few months earlier. Alliances between dragons and humans, between dwarfs and others ... none of those exist now. None of their friends exist.
