Book Summary (Plot)

Hi. Not sure if completely okay, but I'll put a re-creation of the plot summary as given in the book: "Who would want to persecute a girl like Lucia Ruyter? At the bank her warm friendliness and easy efficiency made her a pleasure to work with; her neighbors all spoke of her with affection, and the men in her life knew her to be a delightful and attractive young woman. But Lucia had suddenly become the subject of a series of pointedly obscene, anonymous letters. And it was only a matter of time before Postal Inspector David Madden realized that although he could save Lucia's reputation he might not be able to save her life. Scene: Connecticut." Hope that helps a little bit. Other than that, it's a good read, as are all of her works.

Very good detective book

I very much enjoyed this book. Instead of the usual PI or local detective Disney uses a Postal Inspector as the investigator. The Postal Inspection Service is the oldest Federal law enforcement agency, yet little known by the public. The book was well researched and is a very good "who done it".
