BLOCKBUSTER Novel - FAST READ

A compelling first novel from Larry Jones! This suspenseful novel is a fast read. I thoroughly enjoyed this masterful page-turner full of interesting characters and a brilliantly plotted story. When the ill-fated Flight 027 out of Hong Kong crashes in the snowy mountains of central Asia, seven strangers come together in a fight for life. But somebody seems bent on carrying out a hidden agenda---and the plane's black box may conceal something more sinister than an airline disaster. Are the elements the survivors' only enemy? A routine flight out of Hong Kong goes terribly awry when the 757 wanders into Chinese airspace. An international incident is created when the Chinese decide to fire on the plane. As if trying to survive in the freezing mountains after plummeting thousands of feet isn't enough, Jones adds in plenty of dark secrets and deceitful dealings. This novel is a MUST read for fans of Tom Clancy's "Hunt For Red October"....

SOLID DEBUT!

A fine first novel from Larry Jones! Forget about the overly critical review from "Publisher's Weekly"...this is a good read. I thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of the characters and the overall plot of the story. The author also did a solid job of smoothly weaving the Christian faith into the story. The epilogue, especially, really hit home for me. Congratulations on releasing your first novel, Mr. Jones!
