Outstanding service received from this provider. I purchased the book for my son's college class. When there was a question as to how long it would take to receive the book, I emailed the provider. She immediately returned my email and gave me an estimated time line for delivery. She even gave me the option to cancel the order and use another provider if I couldn't wait that long. Good book

It's got good stats and tells good stories. Don't use it that often but it was cheaper here that in my college bookstore.
