The book deals with those clinicaly imprtant enzymes specifically alkaline phosphatase and their isoenzymes in Breast cancer.Total serum alkaline phosphatase ALP was measured in breast cancer patients , such as axillary metastates and liver metastases , and the results showed that total serum Alp was especially increased . ALP was purified from sera of patiemts with breast cancer by gel filtration and high molecular weight alkaline phosphatase isoenzymes (HALP) was isolated .
