Good read--lots of great advice!

This book was given to me as a gift, and what a great gift it is! I didn't need convincing about the importance of keeping fit, building muscle, losing fat and other tips to keep you feeling and looking young, but found myself with renewed dedication after reading this book (and having my second child). I found the chapters on diet and weight lifting particularly helpful. Bill Frank gives easy to follow advice on both and the book even has pictures to help the beginners in the gym. It was easy to make my own fitness and diet routine with Bill Frank's guidance. This book is very easy to read and get through the first time--but I think you'll be going back over and over again to get great advice and knowledge about staying forever young. While you may not use every bit of information provided, I think just about everyone would find most of the book beneficial.I would definitely recommed this book to anyone--no matter what your age.

I love my body, dont you?

After a recent trip to a bookstore I walked away with a book I did not enter the store to buy. The author of the book is a local man here in town and I have seen him at the gym I work out at a couple of times(I have never talked to him but I am definately going to thank him when I see him next). They were featuring the book because he is local so out of pure curiosity I bought it. The book may appear to be geared toward baby boomers however I am currently finding that it is a trmendous asset for the babies of baby boomers. At the age of 26 there are many tools and tips that can be applied in a preventative messure. After all there is no need for age erasers if we use them as age repelants. Thanks Bill for helping me remain forever young. When is the next book due out??James

If you care about your health - then you must read this!

Without a doubt the most in-depth source of health and medical information written where us lay people can enjoy reading and using it. If there was ever any doubt that if you don't look after your body, you'll have no place to live, isn't just cute words, you'll soon see that is true after reading Bill's most fascinating detail of how this could happen to you.Tom Rucker

Finally, a book by someone who walks the talk

Bill Frank has been living and practicing healthy aging before the term "anti-aging" was even thought of. Bill has used his body as his laboratory and is walking evidence of how to take care of yourself. This book is easy for anyone to read. It is not meant to serve as a medical textbook. Areas where Bill did not have expertise were written by medical doctors. For example the chapter on memory is very well written, so that everyone can understand the brain and memory. As far as minor faults, he should have removed the plug for Cenegenics Medical Institute which is markedly over rated, overpriced and elitist, and certainly is not Bill's approach to healthy aging.
