An interesting treatment of the problem

Prof. Willig has drawn a gripping guidebook for those engaged in going mano-a-mano with this multi-faceted problem. Her work is, as always, of the highest scholarly demeanor. However, the editing of the work is, at least to our taste, a little less than crisp. A tad unfortunate as the editing of such a study is, of course, so very crucial to the overall outcome of the endeavor...
