The Big Wish, by Carol Lawson was a very enjoyable book. Three reasons it was good was: it was interesting, it was simple and straight to the point and it provided escape. The first reason I enjoyed this book was it was interesting. The book was interesting because I wanted to see what Bluff was going to do and how he was going to make it through his problem. The second reason I enjoyed this book was it was simple and straight to the point. The book was simple and straight to the point because it was made for children so it has to be simple. For example it did not go into detail when Bluff woke up the next morning and realized he was big, it was simple and very straight to the point. The third and final reason I enjoyed this book was it provided escape. It provided escape because I wanted to see what would happen to Bluff and how he was going to get through his daily problems. There are many reasons I enjoyed this book, three reasons are: it was interesting, it was simple and straight to the point and it provided escape.
