This is otter-ly fun!

We bought this soon after my son and I saw the otters playing at the zoo, and became completely enamoured with these creatures. His stuffed otter, which he named Ottery, was his best companion for years. This book provided a great introduction to some of their habits, and, even better, thoughtfully portrayed the ever present theme of young ones wanting to be BIG. My younger daughter recently discovered this among our library, and it is now a favorite with her as well. Now, we just need another trip to the zoo to watch them play.
