This is a wonderful book. Informative, and easy to use.

This book gives craft ideas for preschool to 6th grade. It shows in clear, well-illustrated text how to make various Bible crafts so the children can better understand Bible time life-styles and customs.It is NOT a book of crafts to illustrate Bible stories...It is not about glueing cotton on pictures of sheep, making doorknob hangers, etc.It DOES INCLUDE how to make simple Bible-style clothing, jewelry, instruments, baskets, bowls, etc. The materials used are simple to find - and if not exactly replicating materials, are certainly reasonably realistic. Each project lists the required materials, how to prepare to do the project, step-by-step instructions with how long it will take to make, an applicable Bible verse, and information about how the object was used in Bible times.There is a smaller section with coloring book type pictures that you are free to reproduce. There are small reproducable awards and puppets patterns sections, too.
