Bible for Little Ones

Much larger & nicer than anticipated. Beautiful illustrations & appropriate story telling wording for young ones. My only 'complaint' is that I'm not sure why Jesus has to be a blue-eyed blonde in this book. Knowing his ethnic background, I would've thought that he'd have the more accurate brown hair & brown eyes. Not sure if the illustrator was trying to 'please' our fair -featured friends. Overall, it is a pretty good book though. I also bought Flamini's Noah's Ark which is equally well made if not even better. Excellent quality books!

Beautiful Book!

I just received this book in the mail today. I ordered it for our church library, and now I will need to order a couple of copies for grandchildren. The art is just beautiful with bright colors that are sure to appeal to little ones. All the Bible stories are brief and well written. The reading level is listed for ages 4 to 8, but I am sure children a couple of years younger will enjoy having the stories read to them and looking at the pictures. This is not a tiny little board book. Read the listed dimensions, and note that it is 1.4 inches thick. What a great buy!
