Very disappointed.

First, they sent it to a wrong address so I had to contact them and get another one mailed out which took long but at least they mailed out a replacement. Second, I purchased a “Used:Very Good” book but it’s the furthest thing from good. It’s completely unacceptable. So much mess in the pages. Completely out of line highlights and underlines and writings. I can’t even connect to the book it looks like a child played with it.
