A Mother's Worst Nightmare

These two women were brought together by horrific circumstances. One was married to the quintessential "bad boy," she was afraid to say no to him. He was extremely jealous and physically abusive. But the worst thing about him was his emotional abuse and what he called "his final revenge." That will stay with me for a long time. The other woman married the good guy. He constantly showered her with gifts and it seemed that he loved her. But mom came first in every situation. Eventually he would be gone for days and/or weeks at a time. He drank and gambled. And somewhere during all of this time, he became heartless and cruel. Both if these men are absolute animals. Both of these women are strong and amazing to live through everything they did.
