Nearly five hundred letters from poets are featured in the book--a "who's who" from T.S. Eliot, Erica Jong, and Rita Dove to Billy Collins, Robert Pinsky, and Mary Oliver. This story makes for compelling reading as well as provides business lessons for how to treat people with kindness and compassion.
