Excellent Alternative to Traditional Book Reports

This book is one of my favorite resource books. Most kids dread doing book reports but this book has plenty of great projects/alternatives as alternatives to a traditional book report. My students love picking which project they will do for their individual reading book. They also complete these at home. I know one review said it only has classroom ideas, which is not true. We never did these in class.

Great Resource for Parents & Teachers

As a 4th grade teacher, I find this book provides the basic concepts of book reports, but allows students at all reading levels to express their unique creativity when presenting the book report. For parents, it provides assistance in encouraging their children to read at home and helps parents to make the reading experiences fun and not a chore.
