Outstanding: excellent recipes, with descriptions of each

This was Jennifer Raymond's first cookbook, and is lacto-ovo vegetarian (i.e., including eggs and dairy products). All of the recipes I've tried have been outstanding, and each is preceded by a descriptive blurb so you know what to expect from the dish. Everything I've prepared from this book has been excellent ... including the best veggie burgers I've ever tasted, and my all-time favorite quiche.
