Claimed as the bride of the Comanche chieftain Stand Alone, Isobel refuses to give into her feelings for the handsome warrior whom she wants to believe is only a savage, while Stand Alone finds himself falling in love with his captive. Original.
This book was very interesting; I could not put it down. However the ending left me a little unsatisfied. It was all crammed in at the end as if the author just wanted to finish the book.
Wonderful book

This is one author who bothered to get her facts straight. The historical detail about life among the Comanches is correct. The hero and heroine act as you would expect of the times and their cultures. The gradual growth of their love is believable and you finish it satisfied that this could have really happened.
This Is A Great Book

This is a great book even though Lauren has expressed a lot of dialouges but the difference in her dialouge than from most people are the fact that she explains more about the situation. I fell in love with this book and you would to. I guess that's why it's out of stock. But if you ever find this book you should read it.
