Dark Crime Fiction

This is a Dark Fiction book that covers a lot of hard to read topics, so if you get upset by reading very dark topics and Graphic content then DO NOT READ this book. The beginning of this book was really hard to read, and I had a hard time to like any of the characters. I connected to the characters by the middle of the book, and I found the middle to be easier to read even if it still had some really dark times in it. The ending is not a happy ever after ending, and I think this book needed a little happier ending because the book was so dark. I think this book would have be better if it was told in the point of view of the main character. Then I think I could have got closer to the character. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
