great read

I bought this book and others as a gift for my husband and he loves it. Supper fast shipping...

bad boys or not?

After reading several of these type of infiltrator type of books, I must say this one makes out to be the most believable of the lot I have read. I my opinion, the author show that there is alot of different types of 1% outlaws, some deal drugs as a means to live, others have regular jobs and like the biker community for what it is. What the author has show me is that there is a few out there who, when tempted by "friends" with money, fall into temptation and ride along to make a quick buck. The book is well written, and I enjoyed reading it.

Befriend and Betray

Very well written, hard to put down. It is hard to belive that he could get inside these groups that easily, but he did and that makes it a must read for true crime fans.

a balancing act

I haven't read this book either but decided to put in a few stars to balance out the ridicuously inappropriate rating by the other fellow who wants to moan about his Kindle.

befriend and betray

I don't know how other people feel about informers, but I don't like them and I don't trust them. With that said, If you like this kind of book, you'll like this one. This is a very well written book. I found it interesting that Alax didn't want to leave the Bandidos once he got in and tasted the freedom of the biker life style. He waited until his 'Handlers' told him he was getting in to deep. Couldn't he see what they were doing? They were using him. Yet He did it again and again for the love of Money. Alax you have my sympathy. It's no wonder you ended up living alone. When you sell your soul, you have nothing left: no brothers, no friends, and no family.
