Latrell "Dynamite" Thomas was born in the early 70's to Ruth Ann and Willie T. Thomas in the poverty-stricken section of Southwest D.C. But unfortunate happenings forced his family to relocate to Barry Farms, a notorious neighborhood in Southeast where he hooked up with some young hoodlums and learned the ways of the streets.
