great book, but its a text/workbook

well id give this book a 5/5 but i cant resell it because its a workbook too i had to use the pages for classwork so the $70 were actualy fully used in this book. i try to only keep books from my film classes or anything in my major. i droped one for the book not being separated as text n workbook. this book is about how to better understand yourself and communicate effectivly. all of the infromation in here is usable in daylie life. it even hits how to get what you want out of people

Pretty good book for a text book

This book was ordered for my psychology class. It is a pretty good book for a college text book. Easy to read and has allot of good information. Saved $70.00 by ordering used book. Shipping was slow, but that was because I went with book rate shipping. Would recommend paying a little more to get it faster if you are on a time line.

Great text for teaching personal adjustment

This text is clear, easy to follow, and is extremely informative. There are tons of activities built into the text, as well as additional instructor materials. The only thing I "wish" for is that they would come up with an "e" pack for putting supplemental information online, or a blackboard pack.

Cool class.

I liked this class. The book was pretty well-laid out and clear. I don't know why they aren't showing a picture - the book is kinda pretty.
