This book leads one into a greater understanding of the fact that God created everyone to lead something. I have learned so much about how to stop thinking about me and what would make everyone happy but to do those things that would please God. Leadership takes practice and it does not come easy.

Excellent book

This book is definitely a valuable addition to your personal library. It's not a book that you can read one time. I realized from reading this book that most people see leadership from a worldly perspective rather than from God's perspective. I actually read this book as part of a course offered at my church called Spiritual Leadership. However, whether you belong to a church or you're just interested in becoming a better leader this book is really exceptional, especially considering I NEVER right reviews. This book was worth it though. It truly changed the way I see leadership. The book is currently on my list of books to read again so that I can actually take my time and implement the changes (both in mindset and actions) that will help me to realize my true leadership potential. This book is definitely MOOOOORE than worth the $13 bucks or whatever the book costs.

Well documented book of how to raise up in leadership
