My favorite kinds of books usually involve a detective and a crime. However, when it comes to Kendra Norman-Bellamy titles, I keep coming back for more. I have read all of her books that have been released to-date and Kendra Norman-Bellamy is yet honing her craft, getting better and better with each new book. The characters really jump off of the pages and come to life. This author really has her thumb on the pulse of the Black man. The characterization is superb. If I didn't know any better, I would think that Kendra Norman-Bellamy was a man prentending to be a woman writing books about men.
Nothing less than perfect

Dr. Gregory Dixon returns in this amazing sequel and he doesn't disappoint! Once again he places it all on the line for the woman he loves and fights with his heart rather than with his hands. Sometimes as a reader, I read sequels and am grossly disappointed and left with a feeling of "why didn't the writer just leave well enough alone?" In this follow up to For Love & Grace, this author does a superb job of developing the characters even more than they were in book #1 and with this book, I almost feel like Greg, Grace and the rest of the cast have become a part of my own life and family. You can't help but fall in love with the book and the players who make it so awesome. Once again, we have a winner.

WOW! What a wonderful read. I actually read this book in two days. There was not a dull moment in it and it was so refreshing to see a writer put together such an amazingly powerful and emotionally charged book without using profanity and a book that was so saturated with love and passion without making me feel like I was right in the bedroom with the couple and seeing the intimate details of everything that went on during their private moments. Doctor, Doctor!!! That Dr. Greg Dixon made my heart race. This book was like watching a BET movie! I loved it and will look forward to reading more books by this author.

This book is an excellent read and I found it hard to put down. The writer did an excellent job developing the characters as well as the various situations they were each dealing with. I am looking forward to reading more from Mrs. Bellamy.
Good Books....Talented Writer

As a black man, I love books that glorify black men. I was introduced to the writing of this author by a book store owner in my town. I asked for good fiction where men weren't made to look like snakes and her first words were "Have you read anything by Kendra Norman-Bellamy." With the option to bring the books back for a refund if I didn't like them, I walked out of the store with every one of her titles. That was Saturday. Today is Wednesday. I read all four of her books in five days and I loved every one of them. I can't say that I've experienced love like the folks in A Love So Strong, For Love & Grace, and Because of Grace, but it was kwel to read about black love and survival despite the odds and the forces that fight against them. I'm more of a Jhordan kind of guy in Crossing Jhordan's River. I got issues, but I'll bust a ni**** in the mouth if he messes with my family. All of these books were great and it was good to read about brothers who fought for their women and the survival of their marriage. I think I'm a fan.
