one of the best books for ages 1+

My daughter already has this book memorized and is just 26 months old! She has loved it for over a year now. It has great pictures, rhyme scheme and integration of concepts with the pictures. Everyone in my family is a primary grade school teacher at some level and they all LOVE this book for kids! All of the Barefoot books are high quality!!

My 2 year old daughter loves bears and really likes this book. The illustrations are cute and colorful. The book teaches about the 4 seasons.

Love the "Bear" books.

I love the bear books. Children, including mine, initally love looking at the pictures because of the bright and bold colors and contrasts, then enjoy the story. I am buying these as gifts, and will probobly buy more over time. "Bearfoot books" have the most wonderful illustrations.

Bright colors and simple rhymes - perfect for kids

My 17-month old daughter LOVES this book. In fact, she loves all the Bear books. There are so many things to point out on each page and its easy to relate the text to everyday life so the books lend themselves to extensions. The bright colors and warm illustrations are inviting and fun!
