Great comprehensive coverage of a new science.

This book was my textbook for an Organizational Psychology class I took as a junior in college. I am now a graduate student of organizational psychology. This book recognizes the importance of research and theory, as well as practical application. It is easy to read and well written. Some of the things I learned in reading Organizational Psychology are still well with me today, almost three years after reading it.
