Great Starter Book

I visit local thrift stores to search for vintage cookbooks. I came across this book the other day and what a treasure! There is so much information in this book from the cuts of meat to the variety of charts and explanations of what things are. It even explains a lot of common cooking problems. I am far from a beginner cook, but I can see myself referring to a lot of the information in here.
