Did not come with the CD as promised

I ordered the 26$ version of the book that was supposed to come with the CD and it specifically said in the title “[With (CD Audio)]” and it came with none of that, just a flimsy paper book with stains on it. All I wanted was that CD, that audio. I’m very upset.
